Service Description
Capture picture-perfect fairytale moments with our hoop, plinth and backdrop hire! Our beautifully detailed backdrops provide the perfect setting for magical photos. Ideal for creating a captivating photo zone at princess parties, themed events, and more. Create memories that will last a lifetime with our fairytale backdrops. Price includes Hoop, 3 Plinths and Fabric Cover Hire ONLY. Balloon Garlands, tables, chairs and partyware are available for additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment: Confirmation: A booking is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (50% of total hire fee) or full payment. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the hire date. Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, & cash. Late Payment: We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Your Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the hire date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire date will result in forfeiture of the full hire fee. Our Cancellation: A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation by us. 2. Hire Period: Hire Period: The hire period is day hire 9:15am-4:45pm. Overnight hire is available at an additional 50% of total fee and returned by 10am the follow day. Late Returns: A late fee of 100% of the daily hire rate will be incurred for each day the equipment is returned late. 3. Equipment Use and Responsibility: Proper Use: You are responsible for using the equipment in a safe & responsible manner, in accordance with our instructions. Supervision: You are responsible for supervising the use of the equipment and ensuring the safety of all users. Damage or Loss: You are liable for any damage or loss to the equipment during the hire period, regardless of fault. You will be charged for the full replacement or repair cost. Cleaning: The equipment must be returned in a clean & tidy condition. A cleaning fee of $15 may be charged if the equipment is returned excessively dirty. Alterations: You must not alter or modify the equipment in any way. Weather Conditions: You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions in adverse weather conditions. 4. Liability: Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage arising from the use of the equipment, except where caused by our negligence. Indemnification: You indemnify us against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment. Insurance: We recommend that you obtain adequate insurance coverage for your event. 5. Security Deposit: Security Deposit: A security deposit of $100 is required to cover potential damage or loss Refund: The security deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected and returned in good condition, less any applicable charges
